Never made a token before? Here's exactly what happens:
1. Logo (optional) — upload any picture. It automatically gets cropped to a square and resized, so you don't need to prepare it yourself.
2. Name — the full name of your token, e.g. "My Awesome Token".
3. Symbol — a short ticker, usually 3–5 letters, e.g. "MAT". This is what shows up next to the amount in wallets.
4. Decimals — how finely your token can be divided. 18 is the standard almost everyone uses (same as BNB itself) — leave it unless you have a specific reason to change it.
5. Total Supply — how many tokens exist in total, right from the start. E.g. 1,000,000. All of them go straight to your wallet when the token is created.
6. Optional features — toggle any of these on:
• Mintable — you can create more tokens later, whenever you want.
• Burnable — anyone holding the token can permanently destroy their own tokens (often used to reduce supply over time).
• Pausable — you can freeze all transfers instantly in an emergency (e.g. if something goes wrong), and unfreeze later.
• Tax — a small % of every transfer is automatically redirected to your wallet (common for project funding). You choose the %.
• Anti-Whale — blocks any single transfer larger than a % you set of the total supply, to slow down bots dumping right after launch.
7. Currency — pick BNB, USDT or USDC to pay the creation fee.
8. Hit "Create Token" and confirm in your wallet. Your token is a real, independent contract — fully yours, works in any wallet, and you're free to list it on any exchange or DEX (like PancakeSwap) yourself, add liquidity, and share it with the world.
